This property is ideally suited as a restaurant and the large kitchen can support a catering or supply business or large special events. The seating area in the restaurant portion of the property is on two levels with the bottom level seating around 24 people with small bar and kitchen servicing areas up front. The second floor has additional room for 36 people to dine and a small outdoor balcony which could seat 4. A well designed garden sitting area and covered patio at the front of the dining area allows for seating an additional 24 people.

The commercial kitchen at the back of the property was custom built by a previous Michelin Star Chef to western standards and includes 3 phase grounded electrical system, centralized large pipe drainage, exhaust hoods, and well planned layout.

Upstairs in the teak house can seat 36 pax (40 if you seat the balcony) with plumbed waiter station and service staircase from the kitchen
Downstairs cafe/bar space can seat 24+ pax and the front patio/garden can seat a further 24 pax, half under cover.
