House For Sale In Sop Poeng

I have a 60% complete beautiful Thai home estate compound and almost 1796 sq. m. of land. Builder went bust and I could not finish as I invested all I have. It has 5 separate buildings and maybe 483 sq mtr, with amazing pool, on a small lake, in a private section of Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai. 

My goal was to complete and sell for around 20-25 mil baht. We also have a 100 page interior design drawings. I am looking for someone or investor to take over this project and will end up with an amazing place. I have over 12 mil baht in now and just need to recover. Reduced for quick sale.
